These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Core Renew website and to products purchased from Core Renew Ltd, including one-off orders and subscriptions.
Please read these terms carefully before using our website, placing an order or starting a subscription.

If you place an order, you also agree to the terms applying to purchases, delivery, returns and refunds.
If you start a subscription, you also agree to the recurring-payment and subscription terms set out below.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Core Renew’s Beauty Strength Complex contains fish from marine collagen.
Full ingredients and allergen information will be displayed on the product label and relevant product page.
It is your responsibility to check the ingredients and allergen information before purchasing and using a product.

- Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.
We may apply reasonable purchase limits or refuse an order where:
• A product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorised
• Information provided is incomplete or incorrect
• Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected
• There has been an obvious pricing or product-description error
• We cannot deliver to the address provided
• The order breaches these terms or applicable law
If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for that order.
- Placing an Order
Your order is an offer to purchase the products shown during checkout.
After placing an order, you may receive an acknowledgement email. An acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed when we send an order-confirmation or dispatch-confirmation email, as explained during checkout.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error, although we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once processing has begun.
- Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may change prices at any time. A price change will not affect a one-off order that we have already accepted.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.
- Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your full payment-card details.
- Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and provide updated information where appropriate.

Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to another person you have identified to receive them.

- Cancelling a One-Off Order
For most products purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, beginning the day after you receive the goods.
To cancel, email info@corerenew.co.uk with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
You must normally return the products within a further 14 days after notifying us.
The cancellation right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the applicable legal exception applies.
This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, incorrect or unsafe.

- Refunds and Returns
Change-of-mind products should be returned unopened, sealed, unused and in their original packaging where possible.
You are normally responsible for the direct cost of a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise.
For an eligible cancellation, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where applicable.
We may withhold a refund until the returned goods are received or you provide evidence that they have been returned.
We may reduce a refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Please do not return products to our registered office without first contacting us for return instructions.
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or with an unexpectedly broken safety seal, do not use it.
Contact info@corerenew.co.uk promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where helpful.
We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a replacement or refund.
- Subscriptions
If you choose a Core Renew subscription, the subscription information shown before checkout will explain:

- Automatic Renewal and Recurring Payments
Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency shown during checkout until cancelled.
By starting a subscription, you authorise Core Renew Ltd and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method at each renewal.
The recurring amount, applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before you subscribe.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
- Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel future subscription renewals through any cancellation option provided in your customer account or by emailing info@corerenew.co.uk.
Your cancellation must be received before the next renewal payment is processed.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, although separate statutory cancellation rights may apply to that delivery.
We will make the cancellation process reasonably clear and accessible.
- Pausing, Skipping or Changing a Subscription
Where available, your customer account may allow you to:
• Pause a subscription
• Skip a delivery
• Change the delivery frequency
• Update the delivery address
• Change your payment method
• Change the subscribed product
Any change must be completed before the next renewal is processed.
The available subscription-management options may vary and will be displayed in your account.
- Subscription Price Changes
We may change a subscription price prospectively.
If the recurring price changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice and explain when the new price will apply.
You may cancel the subscription before the new price takes effect.
A price change will not affect an order that has already been processed.
- Failed Subscription Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may:
• Retry the payment
• Ask you to update your payment details
• Delay the relevant order
• Pause or cancel the subscription
We will not dispatch an order for which valid payment has not been received.
- Subscription Product Availability
If a subscription product becomes temporarily unavailable, we may delay the delivery and contact you with updated information.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
If we cannot fulfil a paid subscription order, we will cancel or refund the affected order.
- Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including:
• A stated expiry date
• Product or customer restrictions
• A minimum purchase amount
• One use per customer
• Exclusion from subscriptions or other promotions
Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and have no cash value.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion before an eligible order is placed.

Joining the Core Renew early-access list does not guarantee product availability, priority stock allocation, a particular launch date or a specific discount.
Any early-access benefit or offer will be explained in the relevant communication.
Marketing consent and the use of early-access information are governed by our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
- Customer Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or a material breach of these terms.
- Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including the Core Renew name, branding, text, photography, graphics, packaging designs and website design, are owned by or licensed to Core Renew Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property law.
You may view the website and make purchases for personal, non-commercial use.

If there is a substantial delay, you may have the right to cancel the affected order and receive a refund for products not supplied.
